Looking at Ruth over the last few weeks, we have the drastic effects of natural disaster on the lives of people. In the last week, we have seen Haiti devasted by Hurricane Matthew with some reports suggesting up to 90% of the national infrastructure has been decimated. Tearfund have been active on the ground in Haiti for over 30 years and are working today to bring hope where it has been lost in response to Hurricane Matthew. We are pleased to partner with them in prayer andwith practical support, on Saturday night we had a collection that raised £250 which Tearfund will use to make a real difference on the ground.
